Go ahead, take a picture of your cat, you know he's the cutest, don't you? Or take a picture of a tractor or a cow. How about a flower, or your paperweight collection? This is a free shoot, you can shoot anything you like!
Please post your photo or photos in your journal/blog by Saturday, August 23 at 11 PM Eastern Time.
Please note that this photo shoot will extend for a period of almost three weeks. It's because we are all so busy in the summertime that I wanted to give you more time to be able to get your shots.

Here's my entry... Sunrise at Carolina... and a video to go with it. I know they're not top quality, but they do capture the mood of the morning very well. Thanks for the topic... very timely in my case as I'd just gotten back from the coast.
