Alerts status
Hi,
The alerts problem has been resolved and you should start getting your Alerts again. At least, that is what the Alerts team tells me. Apparently, there were a bunch of machines that went down over the weekend which has since been restarted.
Please let me know if you see any additional problems.

Thank you Vishy. I was without alerts for three days and most other people for at least two days. Luckily I have the technorati widget which got me out of difficulties but it is very nice to have alerts back. Much quicker and easier this way. Fingers crossed we get no further problems.
