Before you put out a new release, could you please ask AOL to address problems that are currently occuring with AOL journals already? Perhaps that isn't your job, but I hope this gets passed on to the higher ups.
One journaler has not expressed that she has not been able to load photos into her entry. Another tried to load animated graphics into her entry, but instead they came out unanimated.
I have a different problem. For about a week now, my font size and type settings no longer work. I always use comic sans 14. I have for about 2 or more years now. Now when I press save, my type comes out in arial. Well sometimes arial and sometimes comic sans. As I stated, I set my settings to 14. But sometimes the size changes smaller, sometimes larger, after I post. The sizes range from 10 to 14. With a 10 perhaps people need a magnifying glass to read my entries, LOL. 14 can look even uglier in arial. It may as well be 18. And a large arial is just plain ugly to me. At any rate, even in a single entry, I have had the settings switch back and forth from comic sans to arial to comic sans in the same entry!!! And from large to small print. It is hard to work on something for awhile and see this. Perhaps I am making a big deal out of this, but we kind of think of our entries as our own personal work.
Could you take a look at my journal, and pass the information on to the higher ups? Maybe they would consider fixing the problem.

Happy halloween,albeit yesterday.
I don't know if this is your area or whose,but can't they(you/whoever) make it as easy to add backgrounds and music/sounds to our journals as it is to e-mail.And while I'm here,the upload tool NEVER leaves my animations animated.The only way I can incorporate them is through photobucket.And...when I post an entry or someone posts a comment we get a popup saying Internet Explorer has blocked an IM at this time(or something to that effect).I am not using IE when it does this.Glitches??!!

I did a new posting this morning the 1st November and my followers havn't had the alert once again.I hope the new release gives us a better service than we are getting.I am realy dissapointed at the alerts sometimes,along with other memebers of J/land, it seems to happen so often.Thankyou for the update.Have a lovely day.
