Weekend Blogplugs - 6/22

Hi folks,

Hope you all had a great weekend. I was out
all weekend and just got back in a few hours ago. Lots of 'plugs to get
to. Let's go get 'em.

* Beth
is
disturbed
after reading an article on childhood obesity in
Time
magazine.

* Missie it
starting over, as in a new
journal
. She wants to leave the past behind and have a more
positive outlook on life. She is doing spring
cleaning
in summer and her ankle is not
helping.

* Donna reflects
on completing 3 years of blogging on JLand. Congratulations!

* Indigo is
having computer
problems
which is frustrating her. On the other hand she is
very happy to see her child grow into a caring, responsible
adult.

* Monica's
entry
consists of a whine (her allergies) and a rant (more pet
adoptions).

* Krissy has
instructions
on how to get Sitemeter to work on your journal. She is happy that she
is done
with OT
for her shoulder, but she needs to do the exercises
at home for the next 3
months.

* Laini
recalls the planning
that went into her traditional
Jewish wedding
. She writes about the origins
of Father's day
and would like the parents to teach their
children well.

* Sherry's
trying to check
her urge
to eat junk food on a busy day. She feels
in control
of her battle with weight
loss.

* Christopher
has posted a video entry on why
he blogs on AOL Journals
. Thanks for your support,
Christopher. It is much appreciated.

* Paul
continues to rock on with music from Eric
Clapton
, Fleetwood
Mac
and Rod
Stewart
.

* Ken wants
people to think on how
they want to define
themselves
.

* Charlie has
another hypothetical matchup for ya..Sacramento Kings 2002 vs
Philadelphia Warriors 1962....somebody has to win!...Kings are favored.
Click
here
to see who won!

* Sheria
completes
a meme
proposed by Marc to list the pros and cons of your
qualifications to be
VP on the Democratic ticket.

*
Marie uses the calling
of the apostles
as an example of why we can serve the Lord no
matter how imperfect we
are.

* And finally, Val
has started a new journal called
Joy in
the Rain
. In her words "It is a happy place where I
put quotes
(I am a quote collector), verses, and clean jokes". Please stop by and
check it out.

Contests &
Trivia!

* Weekly
sentence with Val.
This week's letters are
SCWTST.

* Monday
Morning
Question with Krissy
. What do you think of the
singing group, the
Castillos?

Lights,
Camera
and
Action!

*Krissy's
JLand Photo Shoot entries
for the subject "Two".

*
Marie's
AOL
Community Photo Challenge, entries
for the subject
"The American
Flag
".

you know it hurts when u think you are alright with certain people and come to find out that ur not cause these certain peep's are hateing on u for no good reason,after u spell out ur feelings as a friend and think that they really do care but all the time it was a front all along,u see i cant be like that act like im ur friend and then feel different about it.
anyway im already up on it so im not worrying about it,and im not going to say anything either im just playing on ,the same nasty game .
but all jokes aside thats really wrong and its not just one theirs a few,lol unbelieveable lol.i have 2 laugh cause im not going to feel sad about it.has anyone ever went through this.

and the funny thing is they are so noisey too.i did realize it and it didnt bother me.but now that i see it with my own eyes i laugh right at the person and that person dont have a clue i know thanks to this specail person he was the one that told me wake up this aint wat u think it is,,and i started to check the moves arounds around me and i pick that up so fast i was blinded by our friendship thinking i have a cool friend but 2 can play the same dum ass game..

well have a good morning everyone,enjoy ur day at work or home.were ever ur going to be. bye..
