Tammy [memes121] is hosting a shared journal for people with disabilities and long-term illness. It is called Friends helping friends.
She has another journal which contains links, useful for various medical procedures, terminology and what not. Her own medical journal is called As I am. Her personal journal is entitled Down Home.
