Hi folks,
Hope you all had a good weekend.
Let's see what we
got for blogplugs.
* Beth
believes that truth
will always win out, and is saddened by people who lie, cheat
and steal. She gives us her impressions of Godfather
II a movie that she watched recently. She comes away with a
great
admiration for Mark Twain after reading about him in Time
magazine and more about him
online.
* Betty's pet
Koda has found himself a new
den in their
bathroom.
* Sherry is
back to the grind after a relaxing
vacation. She is of the opinion that to
lose weight, cutting back on food alone is not enough, you
also need to
exercise.
* Indigo has
taken
a pause from blogging after finding out that she has some health issues.
* Robin's reminisces
about life and icons from her
childhood.
* Sheria does
not understand the misconceptions
about the Obamas andthinks that the New Yorker cover will
not help (although it is a satire).
spasms and is wondering if she will need surgery after all.
On top of that her computer has been giving her problems. Add to that,
John's been having some
medical issues lately. Editor's note: We wish both of you
feel better.
* Christopher
wants AOL
Journals to support Windows Live Writer so that he can make
blog entries from within Live Writer. Editor's Note:
It's the other way around. Windows Live Writer probably
publishes to MSN Spaces, but they need to support publishing to AOL
Journals. So, please redirect your request to them :). He has some
amusing pictures of what it would look like if women
ruled the world. He wants to share a funny
email he got from his great aunt.
Contests &
Trivia!
* Weekly
sentence with Val. This winners
for the letters LTRSTM. This week's letters are
PASTRN.
Lights,
Camera
and
Action!
* Krissy's
JLand Photo Shoot entries
for the subject
"July
fun".
* Marie's
AOL
Community Photo Challenge, entries
for the subject
"Fireworks"
---
Thanks
again for the blogplugs
this week. Don't forget to tag your best en
tries with
"blogplugs". If you want to be a Guest Editor
or have some
interesting (or useful) blogplugs, send your submissions to
JournalsEditor@aol.com and we'll review
them. Also, if you would like to host a quiz or a contest or
have any fun ideas that you would like to share with the
community please send us email at the same
address.

I need help and I can't find it anywhere. I have gone to AOL HELP, message boards, etc. and cannot find an answer. I'm on free AOL. I went to send an email today and a box popped up saying AOL Email Challenge....Please click on the URL below, complete the image puzzle, and then resend your message. The problem is THERE IS NO IMAGE OR URL. Also, my husband, DenIsSciFi2 keeps getting a message cannot send your email now. Try again later. Can someone help? Thanks.

Dana,
I just sent you email. I will find out what could be the issue here. You should still be able to send email even if you are free.
Vish
In case anyone else has the problem I did with the email challenge, follow Lori's instructions. I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall AOL myself.
