My idea of a marathon is when I watch both football games on Sunday.
Loved Jennifer's top picks & the pointers for "The Better Body Blog"- I can so relate to desperately trying to stay well amidst of a sea of sickness. lol
Also, think that the Magic Smoke man is one cool dude!
Thanks for the posts!!!!!!!
Lots and lots of nice pointers on good health and longer living --if you're into that sort of thing.
Personally, I noticed a raindrop fall earlier, and, in my world, that's the perfect excuse to close the shades, lock the door, and curl up with a mountain of bacon, some cheeseburgers and a few beers.

I was astonished and appalled last night to find that a piece of artwork that I posted on my journal led to me being TOSSED. The painting sold for ten thousand dollars and was a stylized flower painting resembling a woman's vulva. Without any of my own feedback, the entry was deleted. Michalangelo's David shows a penis. Would that be TOSSED? Flipping through J-land I find a simply astonishing amount of things that are at least as offensive as the prude who deleted my flower painting entry. I am not a pornographer, I am a Quaker mother who homeschools her children, delivers babies, and is a rather gentle soul. This violation of my journal--over art--hurts me deeply. I have over three years invested in my journal. It hurts to think of moving.
